These third graders did a FANTASTIC job revealing all they have learned about their person during the biography wax museum. It was inspiring to see such history brought to life through these third graders. Check out the pictures below with some highlights. In third grade, we have been studying multiplication all year. We have learned about the meaning of multiplication, the relationship between multiplication & division, and we have learned many strategies to solve multiplication problems. Some of those strategies include arrays, equal groups, doubling, helper facts, adding a group, subtracting a group, etc. We are now ready to push towards mastery of multiplication facts.
